"Ernst Concrete would like to correct some of the inaccurate information that is being circulated in the media," the company said in a statement.
"Ernst Concrete is not the concrete foundation company for the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center. At the request of one of Ernst Concrete's local customers, Ernst Concrete supplied two loads of concrete for the roadway surrounding the project."

Ernst Concrete through this statement wants to make it known and clear that it will not be pouring any more concrete for the Atlanta Police Foundation.
Brent Scarborough, the subcontractor under Brassfield and Gorrie, has yet to make the same decision.
Brassfield and Gorrie, after an onslaught of attacks against their equipment,
"have told the Atlanta Police Foundation and the city that if more their equipment gets torched they'll pull out of the job".
