A Menlo Park Tesla Supercharger at 325 Sharon Park Drive was vandalized on March 26, 2025. Someone poured super glue on and in the cable handle, rendering it inoperable, according to Menlo Park Police spokesperson Nicole Acker.
Menlo Park Police have no leads or information and there were no witnesses, Acker said. As of April 2, 2025, the Tesla Supercharger map shows all chargers at Sharon Park Drive as operational.
Tesla Superchargers reportedly cost $40,000-$45,000 per stall.
